JADS Services Private Limited is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and is responsible for the processing, approval, and disbursement of loan applications submitted through ProtopFin.
By using ProtopFin, you acknowledge that Protop Consultancy Services is not the direct lender but is facilitating your loan application with JADS Services, which will evaluate and process your loan request.
We collect various types of personal information to process and evaluate your loan application, including identity information such as your name, phone number, PAN card, and Aadhaar card. We also gather financial information, including your income details, bank account numbers, and other relevant financial data. Additionally, we collect employment information to assess your creditworthiness and loan eligibility. Furthermore, we store loan application data, which includes details provided during your loan application process, such as your loan amount and repayment preferences.
Camera:
To enhance your experience and ensure the accuracy of our services, we may collect information about your device, including camera access to capture photos for identity verification and support the authentication process.
Location:
We may also collect location data to provide regional services, authenticate your address, and prevent fraud by confirming your geographical location.
Credit score:
We request credit scoring permissions to help assess the creditworthiness of applicants and ensure the security of the loan process. This permission enables us to evaluate the applicant’s financial history, reduce the risk of fraud, and streamline the loan approval process. By granting this permission, you allow us to access necessary financial data that aids in determining your eligibility for a loan and facilitates a smoother application, review, and disbursement process. This step is essential to the process; without SMS permissions, we are unable to generate the credit report, which prevents us from accurately assessing the user's risk and approving their loan application.

While Protop Consultancy Services Private Limited operates and maintains the app, JADS Services reviews your loan application, determines eligibility, and disburses funds accordingly.
Data Shared with JADS Services: All information provided during your loan application process, including financial, personal, and employment data, will be shared with JADS Services to facilitate the loan processing and approval.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India and complies with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations under Indian law, including but not limited to the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
